Horrible Battery--Even Worse Customer Support
We purchased this unit in June 2008 because of the stated battery life--5 hours. This is twice as long as the other units in which we were interested. After a few months of almost no use I noticed that the battery will not hold a charge for more than 48 hours. I chalked the first time this happened up to user error. I figured that I left it on on accident adn it finished a DVD then died. But, after fully charging the unit through the AC adapter (until the light turns green)and turning it on for .... Read more
