I purchased this as a Christmas present and unfortunately it was defective out of the box. The sound did not work properly it was noisy and varied with the movement of the player screen. I got this based on the good reviews, but will not get another one of this brand. .... Read more

Worst Customer Service
My Mother purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my son. He opened it early so he could use it on the long road trip to see my Husband's family for Christmas. The problem came when we found that the battery pack included in the package was the wrong size. It was 1/2 inch longer than the opening and obviously the wrong part. We contacted Coby to request that the proper part be sent to us. We were told by their calling center that we would have to pay to ship the battery pack to them and .... Read more
