great product, great service
My husband received one of these Audiovox portable DVD players a couple of years ago and loved it. I dropped it and broke it, so I replaced it with this one for his birthday. The initial order had a problem which was solved above and beyond my expectations by Amazon. They were expedient and thorough in dealing with the problem. GREAT PURCHASE
This DVD player was a great purchase. Picture quality is amazing and there are no hick ups. I only gave it 4 stars just because the sound is not good even with the headphones. I suggest to get headphones with sound control. And it doesn't memorize any of the picture settings you give it. It will come to the standard settings when you switch it off. This saved my sanity
This is our second dvd player of this size and brand. I have had 12 surgeries in 2 years with long recoveries. laying on my bed watching dvd's on this player had kept me sane. If I fall asleep, I can just wake up and go back to the point I remember. It has a great picture and I like the "last memory" feature.
